Neat! Did you have to use a release agent to prevent the plaster from sticking to the styrofoam?

I think you're my new muse, that's amazing!
My only worry is painting; doesn't the plaster absorb the paint a lot? Perhaps mixing PVA with the plaster would prevent this, or a couple of coats of pva and water before painting?

.......the plaster from sticking to the styrofoam? the form is greased inside with lubricating oil or solidoly. I fasten all parts of a form toothpicks (if certainly I correctly understood a question) the Form is made of 4 parts in order that it was possible to take out easily from it casting
