Okay, so upon reconsideration (of how things need to work and what I'm willing to spend) I have built this list, it's a lot of foot because I bought it used from a guy for really cheep (75$ canadian for all of it but the veteran unit and the Chimera). SOOOO, each unit is going to have a quick blurb after it to say what its for so that I don't have to explain it all at once;
HQ Officer (No Upgrades) Medi Pack Vox-Caster Grenade Launcher (These guys are just going to run around to where I need their commands the most, and I'll use their vox caster to save units in trouble)
Troops Infantry Platoon Command Squad Officer (Melta Bombs) Medi-Pack (These guys will stay out of the way and shoot at things if necessary while barking orders to nearby units, hopefully they wont die) Squad 1 & 2 Sergeant (Melta-bombs) Flamer Vox-Caster Krak Grenades (These two units are meant for snatching up lightly defended objectives and holding them under light pressure) Squad 3 Sergeant (Melta-bombs) Grenade Launcher Mortar Krak Grenades Vox Caster Squad 4 Sergeant (Melta-bombs) Grenade Launcher Lascannon Krak Grenades Vox Caster Squad 5 Sergeant (Melta-bombs) Grenade Launcher Missile Launcher Krak Grenades Vox Caster (The past three squads are all for holding objectives, especially against bigger pushes, thats why they get the heavy weapons) Veteran Squad Sergeant 2 Grenade Launcher 1 Flamer Vox-Caster Grenadiers Chimera Multi-Laser, Hull-Mounted Heavy-Bolter, Pintle mounted heavy Stubber (This squad is around to take extremely heavily defended objectives that your average guardsman couldn't take)
Heavy Support Leman Russ Battle Cannon Hullmounted Lascannon Heavy-Bolter Sponsons Dozer Blade (This is around for dropping the preverbial "pie plate" on my enemy whether thats for taking out hordes of my opponent, or softening up a target before my troops get there, etc.)
I do know what this list is missing though, a commissar, and although i intend to change this in short order, I can't do it now, but I promise I will! Comments would be greatly appreciated

All I want to say is this: thank you. For not doing a mechvet spam list. Thank you for writing a list that embodies the idea of the Imperial Guard.

It worked really well against a CSM army, especially when my perfectly placed Missile launcher went through two windows into a Daemon Prince, also when i got charged by a Chaos Spawn and Managed to kill it without taking any wounds myself, unfortunately the store was closing so I didn't get the last few shots and movement necessary to grab the last objective I needed for victory, DRAW.
