Well the only Tan/Beige bits on my army are the infantry fatigues. All of the Grey armour is washed with watered down Badab Black. The Beige is washed with Gryphonne Sepia

Thank you very much Dave
UPDATE
I have just ordered some Green stuff, a Valkyrie and another Cadian Squad so I'll be very busy and I'll bing you some more model deliciousness next week hopefully!
The Cadians will be turned into an 10 man Squad with a heavy weapon as I have loads of HW's left, and the door gunners from the valk MAY be turned into some sort of Bodyguards for my CCS, we shall see though.

Hey, Cosmic, about how much airbrushing do you do? Mainly on your tanks?

I don't do a lot. I only Airbrush when I feel like it, I'm still having teething problems so I'm still very much just experimenting. Once I get everything sorted then I will probably do all of my tanks with the Airbrush, why?

I've just been wondering if I should invest in one or not. I know we talked about them a while back, I think with you and Trooper. I really enjoy doing everything by hand though. So I am kind of torn on the decision.

I would only invest in one if you're prepared to have a lot of problems at first. They're not the easiest of things to use, and it will take a lot of practice to get everything right. I have finally dialled down the right pressure to spray properly, I'm now just having cleaning problems and the brush clogging.
My Chimera was completely hand painted, and it's come out the same as the Basilisk which was Airbrushed. So for basic stuff you really don't have to have an Airbrush.
However, they are good tools to have ready for when you want to try some more professional stuff as they're so versatile.

I think I may just stick with hand painting for the time being. All of my diorama's, figures, and vehicles have been painted by hand. I kind of like trying to get an airbrush look using just my hand (which is hard to do, but I'm sure not impossible). I like a challenge.... Challenge Accepted!

Yeah I would, maybe invest in an Airbrush next year or something, maybe towards christmas.

My airbrush saved my butt when I was base coating my Baneblade. They can be really useful for base coating large models, or if you are painting an entire squadron (or company) of vehicles at once. It does take some fiddling to find the proper dilution when working with GW paints, but they can also be a time saver for base coating mass infantry.
*Needs to get his airbrush set up and running again*
For £85, 2 Airbrushes and a Compressor is just fantastic. It's absolutely perfect to start practicing with, the Airbrushes are good quality and the compressor is fairly quiet. I would start with this, and then when you're more confident just buy yourself a better Airbrush, Iwata or Badger something like that.

DUN DUN DUN!!! Double post of despair!
Thanks to a swap with Foster I am now in posession of some OOP Tanith First and Only figures......and they're great!!
I've cleaned them up and primed them so here they are.....
Now you may be thinking, 'how is Cosmic going to incorporate them into army?'. Well my friends, they shall be a standard Infantry Squad I believe, unless there are other opinions and advice on the matter? Fluff wise, they are spotters used for my Artillery
