G'day all, I have noticed that a few people are having a bit of trouble posting their images. Thus I decided to give you a hand, cause that's the kinda guy i'm. 1. You must first have you images in either *.gif *.jpg *.png format. 2. Using the link from Woz ' Picture Hosting', upload your image. 3. Using the code that the uploader should give you and a new post, place the This should show your image properly. However if it doesn't just ask for a hand and i'll see if i can get it working. The Colonel

okay spankie, here we go. Take your pictures with a digital camera with a memory stick in it. take your memory stick out, and put the mem. stick in your computer hard drive so that you can upload photo's. Now, open up the "view photo's" folder which should pop up when you put the memory stick in (or something of the sort, I don't know you digital camera's format, but that's how it should work. the folder may say "view files" rather than "view photos", but either way, that's what you do) Next, find the picture you want, and save that picture to a folder on your desktop, for example. It makes it easier. Or, if you do not want to save them, go onto photobucket, and upload your photo's from "removable disc H" at least I think it's H, but it might not be. you'll have to check all of them. Now, you must put your photos onto photobucket. In order to do this, you hit the blue button at the top of your album screen tha says UPLOAD FILE or something like that. It will bring up your storage system. I am probably getting the vocabulary wrong here, but just work with me Okay, now you search through your stored data, meaning there will be a file for "desktop" and "my computer" and "recent places" and the like. Find the place where you saved your pictures to, and open it. Select the pic that you want to put onto photobucket. Now, you've got your picture loaded to photobucker, we get to the difficult to explain step. If you put your mouse over the picture, a box will appear under the picture with multiple "codes", lines of writing. There should be one for an HTML address, one for quickly loading pictures at the bottom of the at box, and I think several others including an HTTP thing. Just simply click on the line at the bottom, and it will have copy pasted it for you. Come over to your thread, and click into a quick reply box, or hit the "reply" button at the top or bottom of the thread page. Click into the box, and either right click and hit "paste" or just pess Control+V to paste it into your thread. The line that was copied will appear, with these two things surrounding it: , but there will be a "/" in between the "[" and the "img" in the second box. Don't delete anything on that, and hit "post reply" If you did it correctly, then your image will appear there on the post once it's been put up.

what if photobucket says you've moved or deleted a picture when you know you haven't... and even re-copying the IMG code and pasting it in afresh still doesn't work... does photobucket have quirks, or a limit on the number of files you can post, or a processing time before the images will work.. not that i've ever had a problem before... just a test but it may be the page i'm working on... ... does this work.. has it worked.. umm... seems like it hasn't... odd, as just i copied that from the image link and immediately posted it here (and then modified my post so i could type this..)

I think something is wrong with your links. I went to your Photobucket from the link you provided, and it gave me a blank album. Let me try and test post something from your album, if you don't mind. Hrm... that is odd. You might have to make a new account... Reds

cool.. thanks for getting back so quick... seems a little odd that some of the pictures in that account work and others don't... even though they are in the same album and on the same thread!.. I will try creating a new photobucket account, upload the pictures and then try again... here goes, new account... hopefully a marine with a multi melta will appear... oh... hmmm.... ... I have sent an email to photo bucket to see if they can help!... in the meantime i'm uploading from a different series of images, maybe the camera is at fault..? ok.. well that has worked... so I'm going to delete those other files off photo bucket and take a bunch of new images... thanks for your help Reds! further to this I have received a message from photobucket which goes as follows: "....Albums that have blanks or spaces in the name can cause problems with the links. Some sites cannot properly read spaces in URLs and insert %20 instead of a space in the album name. This can potentially cause problems when trying to follow the URL path. Sorry but I do recommend that you rename your albums to remove the spaces. Then try the IMG link again on your forum. Please refer to this Help Topic on how to rename your album: pic.pbsrc.com/help/Content/MyHome/Albums/RenameAlbum.htm..." unfortunately, the image of the unpainted catachan grenade launcher (above) also comes from an album which has spaces in the title, and the rest of the images in the thread I was working on when I got this problem also come from an album with spaces in the title.. so its all a little odd!... ... now trying to upload the same images to the same folder again.. maybe something happened during the upload process... well, that didn't work... ... now uploading the same images to a new album in my account YAY!... well, there we go.. Finally! - maybe I just had too many images in that album?.. (58) ...who knows!

Just upload them to your PC then load them to photobucket or an equivalent and copy the image code from that site and post it in your text box. but directly from your iPhone, Im not honestly sure.
