I want to show technology on which it is possible to cast various strengthenings from acrylic plaster. Without using silicone forms. All know as do the base and do tselnolity houses for housing how do ferro-concrete bunkers for defense?. Do a demountable timbering, and then fill in concrete, a timbering remove and strengthening or the house base turns out.
I used construction technology for manufacturing of the command bunker for Guard. as a demountable timbering I used a heater - expanded polystyrene. By means of templates I cut out dredging in which I will fill in plaster. I badly explain in English therefore made many photos that it was clear. By means of such technology it is possible to open the small business, to cast different Wargame terrain)). Technology very inexpensive.
Received casting.
The demountable timbering consists of 4 parts, a basis, two external rings and an internal insert.

plaster is filled in, stiffens and we start to assort a timbering and to take out casting
fine details need to be poured into silicone and to use pitch, I wanted to make the qualitative detailing for this bunker
On the same technology the roof for the bunker becomes. I will show completely assembled and painted bunker tomorrow
