For all the other ones, you're either going to have to convert them or buy the kits from Forge World. How long that is and how expensive it will be, I can't say. But that's only if you don't want to convert stuff. You now have to not only buy the upgrade sprue seperately but you need to saw off the turret's cupola to put one on for a storm bolter. Who's bright idea was that I wonder. I got my Demolisher last week and indeed the turret is way better than the previous design. I was quite disappointed that there were no extras in the box; I'd love to add a Dozer blade and a heavy stubber as it makes the model look much better... If I remember correctly, they said in the Guard release White Dwarf they are going to be making plastic kits for all of the vehicles in the Guard codex. So it's not a matter of if... but when.
