5 attacks, usually hits with 4s, always strikes first on a 3+ with power weapons.
sounds pretty deadly.
I need to re-write Commissar Ghast for the 5th ed codex.

That's what I intended. But is the price right for it? Remember, this character is T3/S3, with no protection from instant death.
Also, no Orders, and a lesser (although still potent) leadership rule.

Assuming their ship(s) have that capacity. Many of the newer Rogue Traders have much more limited capabililties, as the High Lords want to keep tabs on them.
I could add it as an upgradeable (and yes, special characters in fifth can be upgraded-- see marneus calgar and power armor versus termie armor).

spechal ruels chane of iron halows willem is an extremley exentrick looter and has bean none to spend days looting the batel feald and thru his eforts he has found many force feald generating devices and now has a chane of iron halows that give him a 3+ invorlnabel save
extermanator willems bisnes is extermanation and so up to 3 models per squad may cary chem canons at 20 points per model
preferd enamey swarms any unit that uses the swarm spechal rule counts as sufering 4 wounds per blast from willem or his squad
