Thank, Rook! Well this was the first ever IGMB Awards so there were some teething problems. Next year however should be better, more categories, more people voting!

@fkm: That was 2010, way back when I first signed up... Feels like a while now.... Now I feel old.
Congrats to the award winners!

Wait,
Vulpine got most inspirational fluff? Not to be rude....Vulpine's fluff's got potential, good potential, the kid's got a creative eye on him, but it's hardly the best. While I'm not so blithely arrogant as to mention my own work as "inspirational" in any way, TGS' Maidens of Mercia and Lord General Armstrong's Lesser Evil were both better compositions, in both their use of language and the general themes of their works. I am not saying this to disparage Vulp in any way - he's a good writer, but he's just started out, and it shows.
Again, not trying to be a bastard, but I'm afraid that award is, to my mind, a strange decision.

Well I'm sorry RT but that's how the votes ended out, not my problem.

You're all winners in my book. And some of you are also heretics.

You're all winners in my book. And some of you are also heretics. Heretics are always winners. They win fire.

While I'm not so blithely arrogant as to mention my own work as "inspirational" in any way. Why not I loved the Mercenaries. TGS' Maidens of Mercia and Lord General Armstrong's The Lesser Evil were both better compositions, in both their use of language and the general themes of their works. Thank you RT, that means a lot but to be fair I am not the only author of it, I am merely the author writing from the point of view of Alexander Jalousies. Well congratulations to everybody that won a award(s) and those that participated in allowing them to win such a prestigious honor.

Much thanks for the votes, guys, I'm honored. I consider MGK, Rook, Ymmot, and a few others to be the most inspirational, at least in my opinion, and the IGMB itself has never failed to make me smile when I'm having a bad day.
@cosmic: We'll have to brainstorm a way to get more votes when the time comes around again. Perhaps putting it in sigs?
