Someone I know who used to work for GW just said that he's heard accusations that staff at the Memphis, Tennessee U.S. Games Workshop HQ have been stealing from the company...

doesn't shock me, GWS been screwing their customers for the past 10 years The embezzlement may actually play a part in the constant price hikes, as he stated that it may have been on a significant enough scale to adversely impact GW's financials. This kind of reminds me of the sad situation that Palladium Books found themselves in back in the late 90s when it was discovered that a trusted employee had stolen millions of dollars from the company, and they almost folded.

This sounds very interesting Trooper. Can you give any specifics or is this a "grapevine affair"?
Now I want to listen to Marvin Gaye...

Unfortunately I can't. The person I know still knows people who work at GW, and I don't think he wants to put them at possible risk for having released such information...

Anyone else notice GW has completely pulled all their social media now? No place at all for the customers to comment on anything. Even Black Library Facebook is gone.

Yeah, they are claiming it's supposedly because they don't have enough IT staff to keep up with things, but it's widely believed that it's really GW's upper management putting their heads in the sands and saying, "NANANANANANANANANANANA-NAAAAAAAAA..." as loudly as they can to drown out all the negative feedback they were getting on social media about price hikes, derpy models, and "MAT WARD!!!," etc.
