Orders-I have seen some battle reports where they do all orders at the start of the phase (the rolls only) and then resolves the shots at any time. I thought you did an order, resolved the shooting attack, then did another order?
It says you can't issue an order if you have gone to ground, what if an order from one senior CCS orders another to "Get back into the fight". If the order works, can that unit now issue orders?
For upgrades like krak grenades on veterans, can you upgrade like 5 of 10 only or does it need to be all 10 or nothing?

"Orders are issued and their effects resolved at the start of your Shooting phase." - C:AM pg. 28, first paragraph. Players who do not resolve their orders one at a time as directed are at best misunderstanding the rules.
"In either case, the ordered unit can act (shoot, run, charge etc.) normally for the remainder of the turn." - C:AM pg. 29, "Get Back In The Fight!" Issuing orders would fall under acting normally for officers.
It looks like you have the option of only giving krak grenades to a few models in your CCS, but with Veteran Squads, the price of krak grenades is a fixed cost that buys them for the entire squad. If the option is worded to refer to individual models (for example, "Any Hydra may replace its heavy bolter with a heavy flamer"), then you have the option to buy them on a per-model basis, but if it refers to the unit (for example, "The squad may take krak grenades"), then every model in the unit gets them.
