Yeah he was workign me over with his magic.. i only had 2 butchers.. he had the grey seer, plus 2 warlocks.. so he just had the ability to be able to cast a lot of magic.. combined with his shooting was starting to drive me nuts.. and he has good movement.. but I have better and once I smashed into his main line.. it was game over.. 2600 to 1200 VPs overall.. 3 banners, 2 quadrants, everything except his grey seer dead.. but had he not skitterleaped.. it would have died as well.. all my characters cept 1 butcher who hanged himself on a miscast survived rematch in a few weeks once we get through a few games for a multi week tournament... Cheers Gris

Chosen knights are not so tough I have killed them with bonecruncher spells from my Ogres and from Gnoblar sharp stuff... that was hilarious.. 20 shots, 5s to hit, 6s to wound, 5 wounds, he has a 1+ save.. rolls 4 1's which still means he lose 4 models.. breaks and runs off the table even with rolling twice for his leadership which I think was like 9 or something..

Basically it was at this point that he gave up on the game and said thanks for making my chosen look like goblins on parade.. it was also done on turn 3 so although he could have probably won ( maybe ) he just gave up, said thanks for the game and ended it right there.. whats sad was that it was a competition game and we were playing to see who goes to the finals.. if he had least stayed in he might have came 3rd instead of 4th overall.. oh well..such is life..

Yeah I know.. a lot of people were very surprised that he did that.. though I guess it was not really a surprise.. he had won all his games up to then by a massacre result.. and all due to this chosen as well it seems.. was the first time I had played againest him though so who knows.. maybe in the future I will play him again and see what happens when I pit my gnoblars up againest him again
