Dear scumbags of the blue van in front of my apartment complex. Do not worry that you have been warned and told multiple times of complaints about the music you play so loud in the early hours of the morning that's loud enough to shake our windows. Worry not that you park in a fire lane. Don't even worry that we've heard your bickering and bullnuts constantly. You never really learn. However what you don't know is that if the apartment complex fails to take action soon i will. I will slash your tires, remove your engine, and siphon your gas onto the pavement. Have a nice day when your van won't start.
I'm also unsure if these people owned a motorcycle too but i know some people with a motorcycle went around complaining and making a lot of noise. However the people with the blue van currently are the worst. In the morning i got so urineed off since i was trying to sleep that i really did think about damaging or otherwise making their van unworkable. These people are scum and have been warned infinite times about all their bullnuts. The only thing keeping me from doing it is if they found out it was me or if i got in trouble for it. That and my half sister is already frustrated enough with everything going on so this would drive her over the edge and make her go insane.

I don't really want to post more because I care for and respect you and don't want you to think I am a taking a "told you so" stance which I'm not. It sucks if you do end up getting screwed over one damn test. fornicate that! I will put my brain into action. Let us know if that test score does end up costing you. I have some ideas. Totally legal ideas by the way... You can win this!

40,000 dollar test grade?
....
As in, you have to pay 40,000 to get your test graded?

Rook: I know you're not taking that position, don't worry. This is making me rethink a few things, so we'll see what happens. @kai: Technically I had to pay that much to be able to take the test. The fact that I couldn't have gotten a lower grade if I walked in, used the test to blow my nose, and walked out is kind of the insult to the financial injury. Reds

@reds: What in god's name kind of tests are you taking from what subjects that it costs 40,000 dollars?
I'm also kind of insulted nobody listened to my complaints of my noisy, uncaring bastard neighbors. I thought somebody would say i had balls if i was willing to ruin the van they kept blaring their music from and some people (except rook) would probably try to tell me not to do it.

I second FKM's question. I've learned college is one heck of a money sink, but 40,000 isn't something I thought would be tacked onto the ol' student loan....

If it's 'go time' you need to get angry and motivated. If you don't know how trust me I can get you there with just a fraction of what bounces around in my head. Like you said "we'll see what happens". I'm here dude, you are not alone. We will formulate a plan. First off i'm not putting my life in danger. These people are [not a very nice person]s but doing this does not equal my life is at risk. Secondly i only felt this way as it was happening but hey i just had the feeling you were into ballsy moves. If i'm wrong then so be it. My point is these people are bastards but they're not gangsters with guns hidden everywhere. They're lousy neighbors like any kind of lowsy loud inconsiderate [not a very nice person] neighbors of similar type. @orren: Stupid i'm sure but often times the way of the world is nuts and somebody has to do something about it. If you lived with a drug addict who wouldn't get evicted and get his ass thrown to the curb you'd understand my plight and anger. I have been at the mercy of bullies and [not a very nice person]s my whole life with a system that does little justice to the victims. I know you mean to insult me or only mildly so but you know what? I don't really give a fornicate. These people have it coming to them. I wouldn't be surprised if the neighborhood actually cheered me on for doing such even if silently. However i'm not much for vandalizing in reality. It's just these people get me really urineed off. It's always something whether a motorcycle or a van blaring their music loudly or something and i'm sorry but months of red tape and a promise that they're 'in the process' of being evicted doesn't quite cut it for me. The front office has received multiple complaints from me and others apparently and i have yet to see much of anything done and they still do this nuts. I don't need to hear music blaring and shaking my fornicateing windows at 8 am and i don't need to hear arguments or motorcycles going around the neighborhood back and forth in the middle of said arguments during the middle of the night. These people infuriate me with their bullnuts. Also understand this has been going on for many, many months. If it was once in a while i wouldn't be too angry but this is constant. These people are fornicateers. I really don't see somebody going out at night and umm letting the air out of their tires equaling a brutal beating. There are limits to what these [not a very nice person]s can get away with. If nothing else i suppose i could get their vehicle towed as they are parking in a fire lane but i think that's been done before and they still won't learn. Not only this but they often try to escape punishment by doing such things when the front office is either closed or by doing the right thing just after a complaint or a threatening of getting their vehicle towed. I do think their vehicle's been towed once though but they just don't fornicateing learn. Sorry about all the anger but these people make me very ranty. Other than that i played quite a bit more skyrim and finished up all the companions' guild quests as well as going to winterhold and getting to the college there. I also managed to max out my illusion spells and thanks to reading a book that auto-leveled my enchant skill once and finally leveling the enchant spell the normal way i'm up to level 99 enchanting. So close and then i can get 2 enchantments per item. Other than that there's a few things in the game i wish i could disenchant. For instance there's a weapon i got from a hunter that improves your critical chance. This would be great for an early rogue character i'm sure but i tried to see if i could disenchant it. Unfortunately however i couldn't. Just like other specialty items and the silver hand swords i can't disenchant these weapons which is rather disappointing.

Completed ME3, not sure about my opinions on the ending. On one hand I admire it being rather uncompromising and there not being a 'happy' ending, on the other, it could have done with a little more foreshadowing and explanation.
I don't really mind that most of your decisions didn't really effect much other than some of the plot points. But one thing I am pissed at is Legion.
WHY DID YOU TAKE HIM AWAY. WHY WHY WHY.

Cut myself on an exacto blade, Didn't thin it was bad, until I took the pressure bandage off, after about 1 hour ago, and it's still bleeding perfusly, and it goes down about 15mm. My doctor at my local surgery has said that I need stitches, but he can't do it at the moment and relatives from Scotland are down who we haven't seen for over 8 years, and probably won't see for a long time, meaning I can't go to A&E. I will have to go in the latter hours of the day, with my arm above my head, and I can't finish the models I was doing (GGIX), and all the greenstuff I mixed will go to waste. On the plus side, I get to sit around doing nothing but eating the brownies and muffins the relatives brought down. Every cloud has a silver lining.

You should probably go to a hospital emergency room for those stitches ASAP, empirespy... They'll probably also need to give you a tetanus shot and a prescription for antibiotics.

OK, you told us how deep it is now tell us how wide the cut is.
If you only have a hole 15mm deep that's not as bad as a gash 15mm deep.
Also lemon juice and salt will close a bloody wound very quickly. Hurts but works.

Typical Rook advice there with the lemon juice and salt.
15mm deep with an exacto? Eh, I did worse with a piece of forged steel that got stuck on a drill press. Now THAT was a gash.

OK, you told us how deep it is now tell us how wide the cut is. Very very thin. It's clean now, it's got iodine (It burns...) and has been sealed with some Cyanoacrylate (Thanks Orren ) and a latex rubber cap has been placed on it. After looking into it, we found that there is a small practitioner which isn't 30miles away, and so I went there instead. They said I need to keep the rubber thing on for a few days and not use my thumb (easier said than done), then they will put stitches in if needed. At least I know the quality of exacto blades though, according to the doctor it was such a clean cut that it isn't at risk from infection, and that I won't have a massive scab on it. Walrus- nasty...
