I know they used it on me when I had my appendix out. Works pretty well and you don't have to worry about stitches getting caught on your shirt and pulling. Ouchies..

So, it turns out that my Necron Opponent has gotten a couple of Doomsday Arks painted up. I still almost managed to pull a Draw in an Annihilation Mission even though my list had two more KPs than his.
Next time around, he's facing the DeathStar List.

Westrider, I'm jealous of your opponent. My DDA is sitting in a box waiting for edge highlights before I will feel honorable about fielding it. How did your opponent paint theirs, and you don't happen to have any pics of them, do you?

So, today, I officially hate Space Wolves as an army. I lsot the final match in the league, bringing it to 2 wins, 2 draws, and 2 losses.
The only major highlights were my Company Commander and my Pfist Lord Commissar lasting 2 and a half turns in combat. The Company commander didn't get any kills, but managed to make 8 5+ saves. The Lord Commissar punched out 7 marines, before he was overwhelmed by 13 more. He made at least 9 5+ saves. It was the most epic thing I have seen in a while. He almost didn't die too. He took 5 wounds, and saved 3 of them the final round. (He only ahd 2 wounds left.)
I also made a unit of Thunderwolves break and run like little girls. And a long fang squad. With flamers only.
I came out in 14th out of 16 players, thanks to the two horrible losses. I got $10 store credit though, and bought myself the Space Hulk card game. I thought it would be fun to try.
Oh, and I still love Al'Rahem. *Pokes with sword* "Your T5 model with 2 wounds instantly dies.*

First off i'm not putting my life in danger. These people are [not a very nice person]s but doing this does not equal my life is at risk. Secondly i only felt this way as it was happening but hey i just had the feeling you were into ballsy moves. If i'm wrong then so be it. My point is these people are bastards but they're not gangsters with guns hidden everywhere. They're lousy neighbors like any kind of lowsy loud inconsiderate [not a very nice person] neighbors of similar type. Don't put any of this on us. You want to do something about it? Then do something about it! I already said I know what I would do. Why come on this forum nagging and talking tough? Do it. Meh. I was just pissed because said people were doing this in the morning and at night during sleeping hours. I'll see how it goes but if i do anything irrational because of their constant bullnuts then it happens. Doing this would cause a lot of problems for me even in some of the best of situations so i might not. It's like punching through a computer's flat screen monitor (something my half nephew did in anger). Point is it's one of those things you regret after you do it. These neighbors will still probably drive me over the edge. Really i'm torn whether i should do it or not but i'll probably puss out like i normally do. I'd rather not go to court or have this endanger my job or future jobs. In other news i start my job on tuesday so i need to be ready and everything on that day. I'm a little nervous but not really. First job i've had unrelated to family. The boss seemed ok but who can say until you've known somebody for months. For all i know he could be a real thingy when there's no company.

@trooper: Not yet but i thought the apartment complex did. They also park in a fire lane constantly so i figure if they can get out of one thing they can't get out of that. PM me what else you said as reds modified your post.
Today i've been cleaning the hell out of the top of my stove. Must've been cleaning the damn thing for over an hour and it's looking pretty good. Some small spots could use some fixing but it's definitely less greasy. The only grease there is is on some of the hard corners of the part that holds the pans over the burner. Thankfully dishwashing liquid helped most of the grease but it'd be nice to have something get rid of the rest. Exciting stuff to talk about i'm sure but it needed doing. It prevents fires and while that'd make things more exciting it would really suck.

It didn't seem too bad to me since he showed it to me in the PM box. I'm more pissed when you guys try to make fun of me and like 4-5 people join in. I can take a hit here and there but when it's 4 people then it gets a bit annoying. There are some repeat offenders though but a few i know are joking whereas a couple don't seem to be.

So even more arguing today outside and more music played loud enough to shake my windows. This is getting old really fast. You seem pretty savvy on the internet. Google "Michigan renters rights" if you do still live in Michigan and find within said rights a way to stop paying rent because your apartment is now 'unlivable' because of these [not a very nice person]s. www.legislature.mi.gov/documents/publications/tenantlandlord.pdfThen call up the office of the apartments and ask them this question; "When we pay rent this next month I need to prorate for only 28 days. Do you guys base it off 31 days or 30 days when you prorate?" The office person will undoubtedly say "why are you prorating your rent?" It is at this point you will recite the renter's rights. When they ask why this is happening tell them about the idiot that parks in the fire lane. Remember at no time, NO fornicateING TIME does the apartments pay YOU. It is you who are the customer and make sure they know it.

Post by Julian Sharps on Mar 18, 2012 20:36:24 GMT -5
Today:
To Whom It May Concern,
For the past few days, it has been unusually hot, humid and sunny in the Twin Cities Metro Area. Specifically, temperatures in excess of 75 degrees Fahrenheit and few clouds in the sky during this time.
Perhaps this is due to an oversight of some kind, perhaps even geographical ignorance on your part. I sincerely hope that it is not the latter. The reason why the above conditions are unacceptable is because this is Minnesota, during the month of March, which is technically at the tail end of winter. The conditions described in the first paragraph is typical of early summer weather, to be expected no earlier than three months hence. In Minnesota, there should still be snow on the ground up through early April, and temperatures of no greater than 45 degrees Fahrenheit.
To clarify, postcard winters, less sunlight and a cooler climate are among the reasons why people choose to live in Minnesota; if we did not, we would surely migrate to warmer climes such as California, Arizona, Texas or Florida. If the weather described in the first paragraph is a sign of things to come, I cannot in good conscience say that I am looking forward to this summer's weather. On behalf of Minnesotans everywhere, I ask that you restore our winters to us. Snowfall like last year's, best measured in feet and remaining on the ground until June, would be ideal.
I hope that this unfortunate situation can be rectified to everyone's mutual satisfaction.
Sincerely yours, Julian Sharps.
In other news, I've been looking up publishing distributors in my quest for retail storedom, and I've found a few promising candidates. More to follow when the situation changes.

So even more arguing today outside and more music played loud enough to shake my windows. This is getting old really fast. Go poop on their van. That'll teach 'em. Reds Funny thing is i think i actually have to poo fairly soon. We'll see where this goes . I read a bit of this and most of what i read seems to have to do with the landlord repairing something. That's not quite what i need right now. I'm going to check the lease my roommate and i got when we moved in a year and a half ago. My cousin mentioned i should probably just call the police as these people are parking in a fire lane and disturbing the peace. I think i will do just that actually. ----------------- In other news since trooper's real first name is james i now will retaliate for all the crap he has put me through and get him back for it. Every time he comes around the forum i will say his name in a high pitched voiced and then say "he's the man that can get it done" or "all the ladies know he's the one". I feel making him like the shaq or other similar 70's era program hero would be interesting.

@julian: Same here, in Northern Indiana. Last week, 30's and 40's. This week? Mid to high 70's. It was nice one day, when it was like 68-70 degrees. Then they made it too hot. Think it might have gotten in the 80's today. And we had thunderstorms, so it was also humid.
