I've seen these before actually.
From what I've heard they're a pretty decent kit.

Sorry to poo on the parade, but if you scroll down on that link he says "The cutoff Date for this project is April 15 2008," so I don't know if you can still get them.

Yes, but if you read further he says that they have done multiple castings at later dates. If we all beg they will make more I'm sure.

I saw some of these on eBay today, actually, for about the same price. Maybe he's still casting them? Someone drop him an email!

They are good, but some look like they'd trip over their own feet.
Does anyone else feel like he may be pushing it and may get the attention from GW.

They are infringing on GW's intellectual property, so the maker would have to be pretty low profile about them to avoid getting stomped by their legal team. He's probably long since gotten a cease and desist order if you ask me.

What this guy is doing is illegal. And GW has historically been very hard on people pulling such stunts. One moron who made casts of sprues and sold them on ebay got his door kicked down by the police for it. While what this guy is doing isn't quite the same; it will still probably warrant GW releasing their legal hounds on him.
My suggestion: Move along, nothing to see here.

Because I don't know, could someone explain why making and selling sprues of your own sculpts is illegal? There's nothing on these that is exclusively GW's. The legs kinda look like kasrkin 'pace armor, but that's actually rather generic, as is a flak vest. The double headed eagle was not invented by GW. (The name 'Eldar' wasn't either, but w/e, that's not the point.)
GW seems to think they own 28mm-anything-that-even-looks-similar-to-40K's theme, and I wish to know how much legalhammer they could bring to bear for this.

He hasn't been legally stomped on yet, these models in no way infringe on GW's IP read the policy its clearly laid out on their website. Of course they do. The likeness of the Cadian helmets, the Imperial Eagle device on the officer's hat. Plus, their legal section explicitly states: We do not allow unlicensed third parties to manufacture or produce conversion kits for our models. We need to be able to control our products and all derivatives thereto in order that we produce quality products for years to come.

Cadian helmets are fairly generic, and look like a few other helmet types I've seen. And the double headed eagle, just like everything else Imperial in 40K, is from European history.
This: might get him, but if he sold it as not being specifically for 40K, he'd probably be fine. There're plenty of 28mm mini ranges out there, and he could just sell it as a generic female soldier to be used with any of them.

i dont think there is a way that gw can get him on this. The only was is the fact that they have to have pre existing cadian arms to have any arms at all. If he made arms for em, with say, just a machine gun or something, then he'd be fine
