Well, exactly as I predicted, good to know I am usually right about these things.

There's also a Blood Angels pdf that confirmed everything that everyone should have already known anyway but were too stupid being idiotic rules lawyers to realize that they're being idiotic rules lawyers.

and the only minor shocker there is that Corbulo can't allow you to re-roll for deployment zones.(Meaning DE is still the only army that can force the opponenet to re-roll for first turn?)

ooooo shadow of the warp doesn't affect vehicle mounted psykers. Why hello mr Zoanthrope time to take psychic tests on leadership 2. Or drive by scourgings with inquisitors.

Corbulo can re-roll seizing the initiative, but not for first turn? I call shenanigans. I mean, that's what we're paying for... at over double the price of a regular priest, he's not worth it if it doesn't cover that most important re-roll.
I'm also surprised by the scout moving smoke... they're going to have to clarify that again.

Err, what's to clarify? When you do a scout move, you can pop smoke....

But after you scout and use your smoke launchers, and you have first turn, are you allowed to move and shoot while still benefiting from the smoke in the following player turn?

Smoke only lasts until your next turn, right? So using it on a scout move when you have the first turn means you are just wasting it, yes?

A couple of the Pod questions and the SitW/Vehicle interaction weren't as I'd have called them, but other than that, it was pretty much what I expected. Over on The Tyranid Hive, the whining from the faction who'd built Armies based around the other interpretation of some of these points is absolutely epic. And, to me, hilarious. I'm just glad that they can't see me pointing and laughing through the IntarWebs, or they'd totally kick my ass

*Gives Westrider a thumbs-up. For that, and with one more post, he'll be a WARLORD.*

You know, 9/10ths of these FAQs aren't legitimate questions, they're deliberate jammy exploits designed to break a newly-written codex being shot down in flames. Like the spirit leech questions, or the one about the Tervigon using a psychic shooting attack and then shooting (unlike everyone else). I suspect that is what makes this FAQ such pleasant reading.
