I read somewhere that someone wanted to see it it was possible to give Cadians the bullpup rifles that the Elysians have. Well turns out it is. Cause I did it. Heres the first guy. s137.photobucket.com/albums/q208/doomface81/I've got 5 more rifles and a plasma gun, so there will probably be a whole infantry squad equipped this way. I personally think these guns are SICK! -Ben

Nice. How much work was it converting it? Fileing arms/weapon and so on? Perhaps I'll use that sometime for one of my Vet. Squads ;D

Well I used the arms that hold the lasgun without an attached hand, cut away the rifle, and trimmed away the stock until it was just the arm. The left arm is the corresponding rifle arm, but you need to cut it in half at the elbow and rotate it for it to reach the carbine. The gun itself has to have the grip and a portion of the stock cut off... it's not too tricky, you just have to be careful and do a bit at a time, checking fits inbetween.
Maybe I'll make a tutorial for this conversion, I gotta make one for the carapace armor anyways.

Nice Pick. I am working on an entire PLT of Cadians with Bullpup Lasguns. I have the first 5 done. Hopefully, I can get a pick posted soon. The PLT should come out to around 35 guys total.

Great Work, a long time ago I thought the Elysians were super cool but looking at them now on FW homepage I think they are a bit ugly. But your conversion is great, gotta love the Kasrkin models for their coolness and the drop troop weapon fits very well and I prefer your model to the original ones. Nice work!

Look at it. That's a normal Cadian with 3 FW bits (head, backpack & weapon) the rest is Cadian Shocktrooper and the mighty stuff that's green

it looks great mate, alot of work though.I personally have started to cut the cadian las gun right after the skull and put the barrel on that part. It's saving me abit of money from ordering from forgeworld. It doesn't look as nice as yours but it works for me too.I would love to see a conversation about making carapace armour out of GS,it looks great on your model.cheers =)
