Converted another 5 "little brothers" (the small kind of beastmen) and worked with sculpttools on the first 3 prototypes. So here is another set of WIP pics. I will paint one or two beastmen today and maybe if I get time post a painted model pic here later in the evening. 8 out of 20 imperial beastmen done, so I have 12 to convert, including 1 additional vet Sgt, 2 plasmagunners, 2 meltagunners and 2 vox casters Stay tuned /Anatoli

The chainsword blood is acctually Scab Red only! My pro painting friend asked about it last night and nearly had a heart attack when I told him "no its just plain scab red". I was going to use it as a base for other red colors but damn it looked so good on its own so I stopped there.

Built all but 4 beastmen out of 20, still waiting to meet a friend that will donate 2 meltaguns and 2 plasmaguns as contribution to this little project You'll all have to wait for more update pics but I can tell that there are some cool poses and the second VetSgt has a bionic eye implant

Modified the name of the topic because I didn't want to start another for my Imperial Guard army. The reason for this is a simple freehand painting I did on my command Leman Russ tank. Its an exercise for the Baneblade Im going to buy probably next week. The tank itself is speedpainted like the rest of my armour in simple colors, I rather put effort and time into details. Anyway here is what I painted an hour ago: What do you guys think, would a huge version of that winged skull look good across one side of a baneblade? Here are some minor freehand paintjobs on the sponsons from my different tanks: A small update on the beastmen: They are still WIP built 2 voxcasters, 1 additional Vet Sgt with bionic eye & cigarr and cooky look on his face lol, and 3 other beastmen. Så 14 out of 20 are built. Pics of them painted should drop in in a couple of days.

A small brush made into a sharp point and some training Glad you like the skull across the tank, I got an order to paint a smaller dwarf army so I will get enough cash to buy 3 baneblades (but I will settle with 1) and plan to paint something similiar but more detailed and time consuming on one side and maybe something in colour on the opposite side. I know I said that pics on my beastmen would last a while but what the heck, here is a sneak preview: This is the 2nd Veteran Sgt, this one with bionic eye and cigarr. Sama amount of time has been put into this guy as with the other VetSgt, around 1 hour. Nothing speciall paintwise I just want to get them all ready to play with.

Got my special weapons in the mailbox today So I spent some time building the last 6 models still unasembled. These guys still have to get their carapace armour jacket modelled and guard gear added to them. But they are glued together, posed and got their little hats made. I got some cool poses on a couple of them like the little Brother shielding his eyes from the sun and pointing his lasgun in front of him. Im espescially happy about 2 of them smoking cigarrs. It may be hard to see now when they are unpainted but if you take a close look the left one on the first picture is holding a cigarr in his hand at his side. And on the second picture the angle is a bit wrong but again the middle modell is holding a cigarr in his hand close to his mouth and it looks as if he is about to inhale/exhale Im going to greenstuff as much as I can today and hopefully begin painting the last 10 guys tomorrow
