Ok, lets start with the problem.
So far I've used/bought:
Valleyo spray can - not fully matte, sometime leaves white dots especially in recesses.
Polycolor spray can - horrible white coat - avoid at all costs
Winsor & Newton spray can - the dispenser seems a little odd, looks like raining, isn't fully matte.
Microscale matte, brush on tehnique - isn't matte
Model master enamel matte and thinner - won't matte the recesses especially after magic washing.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
So far I've used those, the citadel one I wont use because I've read that makes a miniature look aged and destroys the job. I am looking for the best matte varnish around because I don't like that I spend 8-9 hours on painting figures and at the end that the spray ruins my job.
Please if somebody has an advice. Have in mind that that I live in Europe and that some spray cans can't be shipped to us here.
Thanks for your help in advance.

If you can get it in Europe, I've found that Krylon's Matte Finish is pretty good stuff. I use it over a coat of their Crystal Clear acrylic sealant with good results.
Absolutely avoid the GW matte varnish, as it is awful.
I have read somewhere, possibly here on the IGMB that if you do have a bad application of matte varnish that "frosts" the miniature, you can coat it with gloss varnish, and this will fix the problem. However, then you'll have a gloss mini, and will need to re-matte it.

You know what ;D , yesterday I've solved the problem. I couldn't believe that the recipe was one mile from my home. I've read on the web (on many forums) that the varnish is a big issue, so I got into the problem thinking , "hell no, If those people from civilization don't have an answer..." Suddenly I came across an topic on a Croatian forum where a guy mentioned that Saratoga Hobby color matte is a good varnish. So I've bought it and it works miraculously and for a price of 4 €. Dullcote... blah.
