Oh I like that!! Did you use the same gear as Machine Gun Kelly? Foamboard, pringles cans and white glue. No thin card yet, though. I am unsure how/where to use it.

This looks really groovy! It really adds another dimension to the gaming table... now, the only question is, can I justify building one myself... (probably )

syphon. I used card as the side walls and to cover up the gap that you get when joining up two sections with each other. Gabriel Lupus Lupus. Just bribe you wife and kids with Pringles, and they will love you even more for taking on such a project.

After my failure of the other day, I suddenly realized what I could do! I will make bridge parts individually. By doing so, I will create a modular bridge. Each part will have one pringles can and one part of bridge. It's that simple. See picture. Attachments:

Problem that I see is that you need a ton of pringle cans! If you build it poorly heavy models (such as tanks and squads with lots of metal) will fall through the bridge and make it collapse. I think the best way is to make each section have two pringle cans.

You present a valid argument, but I have thought of that too. I will make a system where they support each other.

use pins or a jigsaw puzzle like clip to keep them together. Pins would be better I think though.

It's hard to describe what I have in mind. Basically, it's like...remember those old Lego train tracks? Like that. I imagine that I would put the system underneath. Also, I got me some spackling spray, hurrah! Field tests will start this afternoon.

Bumpity bump. Painting has commenced on the pillars holding up the bridge. One question, though: What do you suppose is common graffiti for it to be painted on there? I imagine my modular high road is an overpass under which a lot of troops pass. As a result, it'd be quite reasonable for them to mark their passing. One of the pillars already has "Emperor Protects" painted on it. But what else can I do? I suppose the name and number of regiments, and as an easter egg maybe famous regiments like "Valhallan 597th" or something, but that's kind of limited. There has to be something else I can add? Suggestions?

Jeff woz ere. Or other name variant. What about recruitment posters. Or even ork markings? What about regimental banter? In my experience one squadron writes about themselves only to be put done by another. Hope that helps.

I'd seen some of them before, but not all of the ones that you posted, 3ff3ct. I'll be trying out some of them when I get my game table back up and running, and dig out my terrain from storage.

DadCRO: Thank you. No as far as I know the idea came out of my own mind. Although where the inspirations came from, only the thought daemons inhabiting my cortex knows.
