My idea!
An economically smashed up planet, all their tanks are little mess ups, treads with some scrap metal and guns, maybe a chair or 2 and a vox box, also some other stuff.
Anywho.
I am scrambling to get some more armoured forces together, and with lack of money, I grabbed the sides(treads) of a smashed chimera I had, places some card at the bottom, a rather large engine from a willys jeep from the 21st century toys range that I had in my bits box, some weird wire frame on the back, some parts from the chimera to make up the front.
Stuck the driver from the sentinel kit on a seat set on the back of the engine, and an autocannon at the side.
Another man, hiding in the side of the tank with the little hatch open...hes...fixing...treads...lol...
And there we go!
A Salamander from a battle smashed planet!
I might be able to post pics in a bit.

Swanky. I made my Salamander from scratch too. I used an old Rhino model.

Is this in any way inspired by the Xbox game gears of war? Just that they have a heavy piece of kit called the Junkers (that would die to a Leman russ very quickly, bah, name on tank that would'nt)
