Hive Tyrant x2 pair of syching talons +wings +Adrenal Glands +Hive Commander +Leech Essence +Paroxysm
5 Warriors +Death Spitters
5 Warriors +Death Spitters
10 Genestealers
10 Genestealers
5 Ymgarl Genestealers
5 Ymgarl Genestealers
5 Ymgarl Genestealers
10 Gargoyles
Trygon
total: 1500
The tyrant, gargoyles, and one squad of warriors begin the game on the table and hug cover until the reserves begin to come in. The other squad of warriors outflanks. The trygon comes out of the ground, and my genestealers ambush units and provide a little space for my tyrant to fly across the table.

your list is pretty good, and i am also a fan of the winged tyrant, however i see a few issues, first of all, yealers are the third worst tyranid elites in the codex (first being pyrovore, 2nd being lictor) so i would swap all those broods out for a unit of zoans or hive guard (or maybe both) for some more anti-tank. apart from that, a solid little list

Thanks for the tip, but I love my Ymgarls...they haven't ever disappointed me.(Move and assault on the turn they arrive, plus move through cover and fleet of foot, what's not to love?)This will be the first time I've taken this many though, usually it's just a single squad of five.
