LoL, congratz. Drybush it panzer grey, very very lightly, over a black. Then do a very very very light dry brush of codex. Dont go over the top with it, but yeah. Thats all there is to it. lol. Pretty simple eh? Yeppers. Exactly, crown me king foos. Alright. Dandyful. Umm, also try drybrushing, real lightly some graveyard earth to the botttom, just a little bit. Nothing to it! *snaps fingers*

*Shoots Commissar for improper use of the English language*
But good advice nonetheless.

Take note of the very light dry brushing as said above. When u think u have the right amount of paint on ur bursh, remove some more. Black can be a tricky colour to get right, it's all too easy to turn it in to grey:(

Its a darker codex grey. Just add a touch of black to the codex. So, yeah, use a light touch.

Panzer Grey w/o mixing your own is available via Testor's Model Master line in spray, enamel (oil-based) and acyrlic as well. I always buy the spray, but mix my own bottled...

Just use chaos black and Adeptus battle grey, this foundation colour is great for highlighting black.
