I was wondering how a plain green camo for tanks would go at the moment all my tanks have been undercoated black then painted catachan green (treads, crew and details are still black )but they seem a bit dull. just wondering if anyone could give me some ideas about what to do to make it 'better' Thanks in advance

well i'd personally add a lighter green and paint areas on the tank or somthing like that or highlight it with a lighter or darker tone

I would drybrush the Catachan Green with camo Green, it would highlight the tanks and it would bring out the detail.

Also give a dusting of Codex Grey in certain areas, for general weathering. Then use a small blotch of Tin Bitz and a smaller blotch of Boltgun Metal over it to simulate chipped paint.

Yeah, Catachan and Camo Green go together well.

I'd say try and use some Dark Angels green for a darker shade. Throw in some boltgun metal for a more weathered look to it too
