That's what I was wondering, it does look like Ork spelling, but it is a double K in the book. It is pictured with a Space Marine Missile Launcher along with the Frag and Krak missile.
I was just hoping that it would be available to the IG. Then I could put an anti-aircraft unit together from a heavy weapons squad.

They probably spelled it wrong because they used up the quota of normal spelling with frag. Flak isn't SPACE enough.

Also, they might have been issued that extra K so that Guardsmen couldn't get their armor saves against them.

It'd cause confusion but largely because the appearance of AA flak has appeared in the rules after a flak jacket.
When IN ZE REAL VERLD. T'was the other way round.
It's GW covering themselves against pedantic rule wankers.

And now to detract from my being "a bit thick" ...
I shall be refering to my Skyfire units as "SHORAD". It is the British name for such units and is a contraction of "Short Range Air Defence" in the same way as "FlAK" is from the German "Flug Abwhere Kanone", (Flyer Prevention Cannon).
So FLAK missile is a contradiction. As Vegna mentioned, it is a SAM.

So FLAK missile is a contradiction. Not if you're firing cannons out of your cannons. Don't underestimate the Imperial Guard.

Oh one thing i like Immobilised vehicles in squadrons no longer just die they become an independent unit instead. Can't abandoned stunned vehicles as it's assumed that the other vehicles are protecting their squadron member while they recover.
