Hello all! As promised the HAH-77 Timber Wolf has arrived. Building the fluff as we speak.
As you can all I have is the base coat, sorry for not having more. This will be part of my contract army ( Colonial Ranger ) based of my favorite movie Aliens but 40K style!
I love the Russian Hind, so I built this with that in mind with a 40K mix.
Hope you enjoy!
Comments and thoughts are welcome.

It looks very good. I really like the set back wings and rocket pods.

Thanks,
It took me about two weeks of mock-ups and testing of material to get the blades right.
Still on the fence about a dual rotor system, I built the current one so that I could come back and add an additional rotor if i wanted to.
What do guy/gals think?

The best Helicopter conversion of a Valk yet in my book!!!
the only thing i can see wrong is the blades need to be a tad.. Beefier. and spaced out evenly. they don't look like they could generate the lift needed for such a Large Helicopter

This is really cool and looks like it would be a lot of fun to sort out.
It is sorta Hind-like which is killer.

Thanks for all your comments!
Now on to painting, but not sure on how I want to do it yet (colors).
Just got the Fast-Rope outrigger above the door, pics will follow.
I have an idea on an APC that i really like to build. It will look similar to the Aliens APC.

Little update,
Finished the MRPs, I'm pleased with them...for now.
As for the Wolf I changed the color to flat black. Had a hell of a time with the black wash, going to try a Thraka Green wash on flat black..hopeful.
I have decided to do a coaxial rotor setup, I think I have a way to do it now.
Tried to post some pics but I guess 110 degrees temps does bad things to cameras.
Pics are coming!
