I'm going to be making my own regiment using High Elf warrior torsos and legs and Bretonnian Men At Arms helmets. I'll be using the cadian arms, though. Anyways, I'm wondering if there will be any noticeable differences in the size of the heads and arms.

caution: high elf minis are smaller in scale than human minis. you'll likely come out with dudes with undersized chests and legs and big arms and heads.
we've seen some elf/human hybrid models done with the wood elves posted here and that's what I noticed regarding the wood elf line. it is possible, though unlikely that the high elves are different. typically, GW >seems< to make models along racial standards scale-wise. using fantasy human model parts with 40k IG stuff seems to work perfectly but the elves are just slighter and seem to be a bit smaller.
still might be worth a try though. I'd really value seeing some pics posted of a test mini if you go thru with it.

Hm, It will only set me back $15 to get 4 of everything I need for it (I have spare arms, just getting the bodies and heads), so I'll give it a try. I'll make sure to post some pictures of it.

they're the same size, they just have much smaller waists. I filled that space with lots of puches and that all the woodelves were wearing cloaks helped a lot
