I think the implications were that you would no longer be able to post after succumbing to the effects of their deadly venom.
Which is nonsense...surely after devouring the first 147 you've built up a substantial immunity.
I mean, I'm assuming you do eat them...
what else is there to do with a dead scorpion?

Last night was prosperous; my buddy's son came over and we went looking for them at a neighboring house. The house is vacant and we found four back there and one at my house. Killed this lot with fire and carb cleaner.

This thread has become the "Rook's scorpion slaying counter with occasional interludes of guest fitness advice and RT making everyone feel less muscly.
I've lost 10kg with food watching and working more. My entire diet basically consists of chicken and salad sandwiches, and I ride 15 minutes to work, which is mostly spent in the cool room lifting and dragging milk crates. I can leg press 240kg with practically no effort, which is the max weight on the machine at my friends gym.

Well, my flat bench has peaked at 100kg, mostly due to not eating properly. Incline's still at 90kg.

I'm not sure if this has been mentioned before but if you want to work on some core then try the bastards soap was talking about, but try planking when I used to play rugby for my county that's what the coached suggested doing if you want massive core strength (props) all you need is a couple of bricks lay them about a body length apart and put your toes on one pair straight up and dig in with your elbows on the other pair and try holding that for 30mins it's worse then bastards... A lot worse
