I meant what angle do you go to...
Since I have come back from my course a few weeks ago I've found it hard to eat at all.

I meant what angle do you go to... Usually around vertical-ish. Why?

So many people argue how to do it properly... Apparently the full vertical one isn't effective as a 45-ish degree angle because it gives your abs a chance to rest at the top, and uses the wrong muscles at the vertical mark.
Eh, I just dead lift, it works all your core muscles, plus legs and shoulders.

I'll give them a try. Eh, I just dead lift, it works all your core muscles, plus legs and shoulders. As I said, I don't have a f***ing weight set. Also, odds are I'd hammer my spine doing that.

You can dead lift with anything really... I was doing it with a steel pole and two buckets filled with water at one stage. Just make sure there us somebody there to help you out if you start struggling.

Can't really bring myself to eat more. Besides, dinner is infinitely more delicious. So eat what you'd have for dinner in the morning. Nutrition is nutrition. Just leave your excess dinner as leftovers for the next morning. Most things taste better reheated anyway.

Grammar gestapo indeed... I see nothing grammatically incorrect in that statement. Also, I plead alcohol.

You just received an internet dope slap. When I read that at first I thought it said "most things taste better redheaded anyway"..... Minds in the gutter today. Sheesh.... Not sure what a dope slap is, nor what possible differences there are with an internet version. I'm sure I didn't deserve it, however. And yes. Everything does taste better red-headed. Or at least, everything looks better that way. Or maybe it's just women. I don't know, I'm still confused from my slap reception.

Theres a rule with red-heads - theyre hot or theyre not. Theres no middle ground, it really is quite strange. Maybe Rook could do with some hot red-headed motivation...? I went for a run this evening, I thought Id follow my own advice and get off my arse I am now sat in sweaty shorts, waiting untill I feel like Im not going to die before I get in the shower. I think tomorrow will be an achey day

I don't know, I'm still confused from my slap reception. A dope slap is what you receive when you type something stupid. Food tastes better reheated, what's wrong with you?

That's actually true of a lot of things. Mostly simple foods - I don't mean to suggest that your fillet mignon should be shoved into the fridge so that you start eating it the next day.

Most things taste better reheated anyway. You just received an internet dope slap. Documented fact: They do. This is because the spices/herbs have more time to permeate the meal. This is especially true of curries, chillis', pasta sauces and so on. Okay, epic workout today. Did a standard this morning, then another just now. Six standard pressups, and eighteen of the light ones. Still at 25 squats now, and only 12 situps, but I'm still utterly glutted from all the food and wine consumed. Edit: And believe me, six pressups isn't bad going when you weigh over 120 kilos.

Mmm... curry is one thing that should be left out so that it can be had for lunch the next day.
Now I want some curry...

If you want the greatest curry known to man, then accept Rook's offer of that plane ticket, come crash in England, and the three of us [four, if I rope in Makawolf] will have dinner at my place.

Ah, another epic workout. Same number of pressups, forced in two additional girl-pressups* to top it off to 20. Squats and situps are same as before, and since there's a bloody Atlantic storm blowing in then it's indoors exercise only.
*These are done when I rapidly life only the top half of my body off the ground, rather than the knees-on-ground girl pressups, as these seem to provide my muscles with more work while still allowing me to do plenty O' exercisin.

I don't think you will mind Walrus; Today, gym for an hour and a half. Things accomplished: -rowed a kilometre an a half on a rowing machine. -jogged a kilometre and a half on a treadmill. -successfully lifted 60 kilograms with pectoral machine. -pulled 70 kilograms on a machine with a bar you pull down. -pushed 140 kilograms without much struggle with legs. -multiple other little things like chin-ups and sit-ups. -helped a mate talk to a chick he likes for the first time (with a push towards her and 'get in there!') My body is going to hate me at work tomorrow. So worth it ;D I'd like to keep everyone's progress on here if you don't mind.
