3 more dead scorpions tonight. Added some more music to my training playlist, mostly Rage Against the Machine.
Also I'll need to focus more fully on my eating, I'm not getting the desired results. Less carbs for a start and then we will see where I am after that.

Eat the scorpions to gain their powers. It didn't work with Thundercats I doubt it will work with lowly scorpions.

12 press-ups, 24 lesser ones! My arms were literally shaking afterwards.
Edit: It seems attempting pull-ups, however, is going to rip my wrist tendons in half.

I may need to build something so that I can do pull-ups. The closest thing I have now is the trim around the door which I'm assuming will fail when a 200lb+ man hangs from it.
Killed another damn scorpion in my laundry room.

Only managed 10 and 12 respectively, but my arms hurt so it's good. Lost my momentum when my palms slipped on the floor and I faceplanted straight into the wood, so not to pleased with that, but will definitely try again later tonight. Also got to do some crunches.

That's an intense floor. Most floors would have gotten out of your way.

Walnut planks overlaid straight onto granite. Thought about spacing it out but I realised that laying pipes underneath was just asking for N.S.A agents to come crawling in through the heating system, and besides, the lava flows tend to provide enough heat and electricity for the place...
I mean, uhm...yes, quite good quality. Got it from B&Q.

I've been eating less than 100 carbohydrates a day and I got to tell you it really seems to have an effect on my gut. I'm going to give it more time before I say anything definite but it does look promising.

I suggest you begin reading the labels of what you are eating. It will wake you up to the fact that food you buy in the store very nearly isn't food at all but a nuts ton of chemicals that are near unpronounceable. I find it sickening really.
But, yes, try less carbs. I'm starting at 100 or fewer and seeing results. I find this much less restrictive than when I did the Atkin's diet. 21 pounds in one week, no joke, that's what I lost but I was eating less than 20 carbs a day. That for me is too restrictive. Now I can eat a little bit of carbs with every meal.
Win.

My arm strength has quite significantly improved since I started this. I've gone from being able to do a measly two pushups to finding a full set of 12 to be insufficient to fully exhaust me. Now I'm just looking for a weight set.

Also, are you doing the incline and decline regimen? I am, but all it produces is an unpleasant headache as all the blood rushes to my head. - Update: Today, 15 crunches done. Am working the muscles quite hard, as I tend to try and hold in the crunch position for as long as possible. I suspect an overly large meal may not help this, however.

It varies for me...
Just prior to writing this, I had my knees on the end of my bed, hands on the floor, and shoved out as many push-ups as I could. I tend not to count these things, as knowing I can only do a leaves amount is demoralising.0
