All good suggestions guys. Thanks. I've fished out a few things from my expansive bits box. So ... A pack for each trooper, Spare track link for the Tauros', Tow cables as a maybe, Tools and cam nets. Not sure where I'd put the handles though?
I agree that what it needs is weathering. think is, I'm scared of messing it up. I'm not the best painter as it is.
I'm a Weathering-a-phobe.
I'm wondering about using some powders, Like the ones from forgeworld.
Anyone got experience with weathering powders?

I'm a Weathering-a-phobe. I'm wondering about using some powders, Like the ones from forgeworld. Anyone got experience with weathering powders? *pops up in a cloud of glitter, dust and paint* I've been all too quiet on the board lately and you're unfortunate enough to be the owner of the first thread I looked at and thought 'time to help! ' Weathering powders are awesome and I highly recommend them, however they can be expensive as you also need a decent fixative to really use them properly. I would recommend buying a cheap set of artists pastels first, you can shave the dust off them and use the dust exactly the same as proper weathering powders, except they're cheaper and you get a wide variety of colours to experiment with first so you don't waste any expensive powders by learning. I have a tutorial at the top of this board section which may help you

I use Mig Pigment Fixer, works just fine and I know it's a popular choice.
