The poor fellows who can't deep strike or outflank or be dormant will hide like sissies until the reserves come in. Hopefully that won't take too long...afterward stuff starts getting surrounded and the slower beasties will begin to make their advance with a little less to worry about.

Hmmmm sounds like a plan although I think that 5 per unit, although great for target saturation, isnt that survivable.

Still considering how I might split them up. Two squads of ten, one squad of five. Three squads of five, one squad of ten. Or three squads of six and one squad of seven.

If you're Deep Striking the Flyrant, I prefer the Dakka version. You might need the Anti-Tank capacity from the Talons in this list, though.
I would definitely try to scrape up Points for Toxin Sacs on the Prime. Goes a long way toward mitigating a bad turn of rolling for him. Maybe drop a couple of Gargs or something, they're still good down to about 15 or so.
I don't run Stealers, but from what I've seen, Broods of 5 are a bit fragile. Three Broods seems like it would be about right here. I'd probably keep them more or less even, 8,8,9, or go 3x8 to pick up the Points for the Prime's Toxin Sacs.
Might not need the Prime upgrade on both Trygons. That could be another decent place to trim for some other upgrades, like Adrenal Glands for the MCs for a little more help on Anti-Tank.

Actually, I probably won't DS the Tyrant and Gargoyles if I've got a place to hide them as well. The idea of DSin a 20 man unit doesn't sound fun and of course I may end up with the tyrant by himself with his screen coming in a turn or two later.
Anyway, think it might be a good idea to drop 2 gargoyles and lose a warrior for toxin sacs on the prime and adreanal glands for the tyrant and trygons?

Sorry, I've run across too many Reserves-based Nid Lists where someone said to himself: "My Flyrant will be in Reserves. My Flyrant can Deep Strike. Therefore it will always be a good idea to Deep Strike my Flyrant!"
And the second part sounds like a decent swap to me. Both Warriors and Gargoyles can work just fine at smaller sizes than they're currently at. Depending on how it all ends up fitting together on the Tabletop, though, dropping the Prime upgrade from one Trygon may be a better call.

Yeah, maybe two trygon primes isn't really worth it...but the synapse rules and shadow in the warp might be useful...and the containment spines are handy for coming up from the ground and hitting things with av 10 rear armor.
