The down side is if we squander several months picking a week then the price might be higher.

Well, the poll locks on the 10th, so I doubt many months will be squandered.

I'm just angsting over it because I'll probably buy another open return rather than two singles and end up spending more than said £22.

Cosmic, you are counted I think we'll probably have a definite winner date wise - so I'd advise interested parties to book Rail/transport tickets a.s.a.p. Might as well book the hotel rooms while you're at it - they'll be cheaper if booked in advance too

It might be worth finding out if the Sunday trains are running. Last time they weren't and I was waiting on the platform for a good 1.5 hrs, like a plumb!
Edit - 7th - 9th is also the Easter break, if I'm not mistaken, so it's problematic and the hotel will charge us more, for the season.

Hey Chem, want to share a room this time around? I don't snore and the only disturbance you need to worry about is that I might wake up screaming from warp-induced nightmares.

Absolutely, but sleep is for the weak. Last time the excitement on the first night meant I couldn't sleep till 3am, so if you don't mind sharing with a mad insomniac. Meh! I'll do some painting, that'll put me to sleep.

Ok got an idea for our campaign (are we still doing that?) could be a good basis for it AND for some of our scratch builds and conversions Here's my idea: A new system has been found and scouted, it was once occupied by humanity and orks before the collapse. The humans have lost a lot of power and there's few large cities left, but there is still a few outposts, forges and labs left intact to salvage long lost blue prints and equipment. This also means players could play renegade armies and such against or as allies to show that the remaining population either rejoins the imperium or resists and means the orks could have some cool new loot. What do you guys think?

I'm okay with that. To be honest I wasn't thinking of anything more inspired than just Waaaghh(ing) an Imperial system, corruption amongst the population could have explained rebel forces.

Yeah...I'm good at coming up with back story for games Just thought it'd also mean we can easily add custom built games and rules and such that we agree on. Also that if I get the forgeworld gaming tile it'll make a great objective for it Thinking like first mission secure the site, second defend the site as the tech priests try to get the doors open. Oh and yeah the orks pretty much will just call a Waaaghh, they'll finally have a large enemy group to get stuck in to.

I wouldn't bother with specific missions, just pick a side, play some games and end it with a bang.

Meh I like missions, adds more for it if I know the aim of the game.
