Ok, I have wanted to collect daemons for a while now, I like Idea of being able to play 40k and fantasy with them. I'm going for all Khone, I don't know how competitive it will be but I don't really care. The mainstay of my army is in the warp and trying to break free at the moment, but the figure head of my bloody Khone force is a blood thirstier, (I got it through emptyhat). anyway I've finally built him, with lots of pins, green stuff and Zzap glue, and half painted him. I'll try and use my mums camera, as the detail isn't very good but without further ado, I present cutrheum furyblood, greater daemon of Khone; An action shot of him whipping my lord commissar. C&C please

You've already put more love into him then I would have.
The wings look good in the first pick but it is hard to tell what is due to work in progress and what is down to slightly iffy lighting.

You've done the wings really well.

The wings were liche purple, then dry-brushed in a mix of skull white and liche purple, then washed with badab black, followed by a few highlights of shadow grey (Vallejo). The red is all gore red with about 6 or 7 thick coats of badab black. The green was knarlok green, with about 3 or 4 thick coats of badab black. The copper was mecrite red, with some watered down shinning gold over the top, and the eyes were mithril silver, with sunburst yellow over the top (thanks for the advice Lupus . and finally all the white was bleached bone with a wash of (you guessed it) badab black. I must also mention the awesomeness of zap glue, I tried pinning super glue and green stuff, and after I used the zap glue, there was no need for the green stuff and I took out half the pins (in the wings and arms) to see how it faired and I can't separate them now. Now I will have some better pictures tomorrow as I am borrowing a really good camera, then you can see what I have done.

This zap glue intrigues me: How much danger is there of permanently fusing myself with a model whilst using it?
