I keep expecting to see dirty things when I notice the title of this thread. I The second is a very simple, but effective scheme: 1) Basecoat Elf Flesh 2) Wash with Ogryn Flesh 3) Highlight with Elf Flesh I do this, but sometimes I basecoat with dwarf flesh.

I'd hit it. So I just tried a heavy, single wash of Devlan Mud over Dark Flesh, and it yielded a really nice, dark skin color. Think Yaphet Kotto's--who played Parker in "Alien"--skin color.

Sorry about that... The method I use is using P3 paints starting with Khardic flesh followed by a drybrushing of Midlund flesh, paint the eyes and other details, touch the highlights with Ryn flesh followed by blending with the Midlund flesh. Finish with a wash of brown ink and add any final touch ups or details such as stubble.
