@ 3ff3ct ... yeah that does look good... i guess really i was being lazy... ive decided to lighten all my bases that ive done so far by painting the sand with bleached bone to lighten them up and add some more depth to them... as for rocks and stuff, i do have a grey rock theme going on on most of my bases so i can add some of that to give some added details..
i would like to know a good supplier of the long desert style grass in the uk.. and cheap if possible lol
@ kennyjapan.. well so far all i have ordered is the range of lasguns and autoguns they do and a wheeled chimera conversion and i gotta admit... the quality of detail and the fact that they had very little flash and havent seen any mold relase on it... i think their products are fantastic... so yeah, order away.

Failing that, yard brush bristles make brillinat reeds, and theyre pretty easy to paint too if you need to I did that one with Tausept Oche, Desert yellow then Bleached Bone, as I found that they looked a bit one-dimensional. Cheminhaler has just bagged a load of them for his new army, so no doubt you'll see them again in the not-too-distant future. Glad it has inspired you anyway, and I'm looking forward to seeing more awesome stuff!
