Please give me your opinions?
HQ- Autarch - Autarch, power wep, fusiongun, warp jump gen, Mandi blasters, With spiders - 125
El- Fire Dragons - 10 fire dragons - 160
El- Striking Scorpions- x10 + Shadow Strike + Biting Blade -197
TR- Dire Avengers - 10 DA, Exarch Shriken cats Blade storm - 152
TR- Path finders - 5 Path finders - 120
Tr- Guardians - 10 man, Bright lance - 110
TR- Dire Avengers - 8 DA, Exarch, Shriken cats, Blade storm - 128
FA- Warpspiders - 9 spiders, Exarch, additional spinner, Withdraw - 240
HS- War walker unit - 3WW, Misile lunched x5 bright lance, 3x holo shield 235
The plan is to mainly concentrate on defending at the back and taking the middle ground and defending it also. The spider unit will be used to distract and annoy the enemy. The scorps will either defend the middle ground against combat armies or go in for the attack, distracting and slowing the enemy advance.
Fire dragons. I know every unit has it's role in an Eldar army, but I'm actualy not using them as tank hunters. I'm going to have them filling a role like (and along side) the dire avengers. Stats wise they are none scoring avengers who can easerly melt SM/CSM/Necron infantry aswell as tanks.

Cool list - though you need to delete your points costs of individual wargear items and unit costs where you've multiplied a similar model cost....
if you combine the points its okay ie;
Dire Avengers + Exarch + Shruiken cats and blade storm = 152
Aside that I am interested in how this list performs... I fear it may get blown up by large templates from afar...
I would like to face this list with a Kan mob and a horde of ork mobs - I think that would be lots of fun!

Thanks, I've modified it! Yeah, template weapons do worrie me but I think they do for all Eldar.
I'm actualy using half that list in doubles soon (no Dragons, Walkers or scorps) with a friend who playes space wolves, I'll let you know how it goes.

I would keep the Fire Dragons, and loose the Rangers.
Also, I would consider switching the War Walker to 2 Scatter Lasers on each - these do not twin link so you get 8 strength 6 shots per walker.. add outflanking ability and you have a nasty unit for rear armour shots and light vehicle destruction. (mind you, your warp spiders are sort of doing that too)
As for the Warp Spiders.. are they not better as 2 small units - they have less deepstrike foot print, and are a suicide type unit any way - if you have 2 units you might find you can harrass more stuff at once, and split the fire of your opponent even further.
I can understand why your not taking the Scorpions, the space wolves should provide enough 3+ armour close combat troops!
Hope this helps.. and I look forward to hearing how you get on!

War walkers with scatter lasers are real cool, however, I think I'm lacking anti tank at the moment. I was considering spending the points on a wave serpent instead mind???
Warpsipiders shouldn't really be too small. Your twice as likly to die from perils of the warp and if a squad loses a man from perels they are 20% down. Also, with my character and the full unit they don't just annoy the enemy, they pack a punch. I'm a big beliver in the Warp spiders, but let's see how they do.

War walkers cannot get holo fields, and it looks like the point value you have listed is off for them.
If you are going to shell the points for lances on walkers i would definitely not field them in a squadron so that you are able to spread your fire. Those walkers are the only thing with an av in the list, so all of your oponents anti-tank fire is going to go there and take them out really quickly.
You might also want to move the lone eml from the walkers to the guardians. Firing the plasma missle will help get around the guardians bs of 3 when firing at infantry.
