Hi guys, thanks for checking out my plog. after a good night rest the things become sometimes really easy. A mix of 75% Scorched Brown and 25% black will do the trick .............. again all of you thanks for thinking with me.  |

Hi there guys, It is bin a while that I posted my work. I have bin on a wonder full holiday for a few weeks of 600Km off roading with our 4x4 Land cruiser through the Spanish Pyrenees. No time for painting............. Than back and starting to work again, I needed to catch up a couple of weeks. No time for painting................... Thank you guys for the, very much appreciated, support  @ Cosmic, yes that detailed board is one of the things I would love to have !! but that's a later project. however I will try to make an army shot, hopefully with the same nice surprises as with the heavy flamer Optimat ;-) and yes Trooper, it's painting season again, let the rain and storms come, I will be in my nice and warm hobby room.... :-) BR Magot |

thanks Cosmic, your comments mean a lot for me,
I was in doubt with the high light on the gold.
there is more hightlight on the model than the photo´s show.
It seems that artificial light (at least the lights I have) take away a little bit of the sparkling highlights.
However it's funny that my doubts are exactly your comment. :-)

Does your camera allow you to change the White Balance? Have a play and you can get better pictures in artificial light. |

I think I got some improvement  there is no white balance setting on my camera, but I used the Automatic function |

If anything, I think the red needs a bit more work. It looks as though it is naturally shadowed, rather than shaded and highlighted. I'm denying that you've produced a lovely painted model however I'm getting DKoK jealousy. I can't start another army..... I can't....! |

I took it from the FW Infantry Firing Squad Optimat, for this Infantry Squad I used a Plasma Gun instead of the grenade launcher For the CCS I can now switch between Plasma Gun and GL depending on the foo (vehicle heavy or Horde) |
