FKM speaks to soap.
"Easy soap. I know the day is going by fast but i'd like to hear more about wraelis and emptyhat first. Not everybody has a squeaky clean record. I'm sure emptyhat also deals with certain narcotics. Being a mercenary isn't too clean either and you yourself are haunted by what you've seen. We all seem pretty gray here in my eyes."

FKM speaks to emptyhat.
"Please tell us your story. I should like to hear more of it. After that wraelis will talk. I think i have proven my innocence enough for today but let me know if it goes into question again."

“I’m not sure how much I should tell you right now. Unlike a soldier or a mercenary or an arbites the value of a merchant isn’t clear. I have an idea about what I think those fighters should have been doing and it seems like there hasn’t been enough to show for it. The death of Rook does suggest that we have another guardian amongst us and I think I have an idea about who Walrus really is. What I find strange is that none of them have taken credit for the deamon host. Or did one of them stay silent on this. I’m not sure what you do as a ship man and smuggler F.K.M but right now I don’t need you to spell it out for me. It does seem there is more to your story that shouldn’t be aired yet.”
“But before I waste your attention I’ll get to what you want to know. I am not a squeaky clean merchant nor am I infected by the rot of this place. I do not smuggle narcotics but I have handled strange and exotic goods in the past. I have always been good at finding things. Sometimes I can cobble them into something useful sometimes not. It depends what I have available at the time and they don’t always last long.”
“Do you need more? There is only so much I should say but I can try to answer more now.”

FKM answers.
"Answering more would be best. We're quickly running out of daylight here."

FKM goes on.
"And what about you wraelis? You've been ominously silent. I'd like to hear more from both of you."

"What do you want to know?"

FKM answers.
"Anything. Tell us about your trade, tell us your story here, what can you do if anything? Some form of proof of innocence would be good. I really don't want to vote against you emptyhat but if nothing proves your innocence i might have to. I don't want to but i may have to. Emperor forgive me if i'm wrong."
FKM then says.
"I hate this you know. Can't trust anybody. Emptyhat and i could've been business partners in any other given situation. Now....well i just don't know. If we ever get off this world....make it through all this. Well....it'd be nice to start a business venture together. I don't think we'll be so lucky."

“I’m not certain I can prove my innocence to you. I could pray like Soap and Walrus did but I think that even if we all took turns praying like that we would be no closer to the answer. Tell me though what stops you from leaving Aspecious right now? You have a ship.”

FKM says.
"It's held in place and locked down. Even if i wanted to leave and didn't get shot dead in the process the ship can't go anywhere even if i tried. I don't have the authorization to get the ship out of lockdown. It's basically dead in the water right now."

"So what you need is someone who can get you authorization? I guess if Paimon was who she said she was she might have been able to. Still it isn’t just the bureaucrats who have access to things like that."

FKM speaks to emptyhat.
"I'm unsure whether it's you or wraelis. I can't vote out walrus because he has far too much trust here. Soap has walrus's trust and soap seems like too much of a fool to be a threat should he prove to be chaos. I just don't know. I hold wraelis's story in question. I just don't know why walrus seems so trustworthy to all of you. Wraelis doesn't look completely clean either. I just don't know what to think. I'm tired. So tired."
FKM says slowly.
"Emptyhat anything to prove your innocence would be wise to show right now. This goes for wraelis too. Soap and walrus have too much support for some reason."

"I sure hope you're not trying to buy my trust with temptation. I still have yet to hear from wraelis though."

“Do you see the world as one of temptation? I’m just saying that perhaps we are still meant to work together. I don’t need to tempt you though Walrus and Wrealris are both voting against you but I think you are innocent. Soap is voting against me so you could join him and convince Wrealris that I’m guilty but it would be a mistake.”

FKM just puts his hands to his face.
"Oh emperor what do i do? Would you join me in a vote? But who should we vote against? I want to hear more of wraelis's story but he hasn't said anything and the whole deal with walrus just didn't feel right."

"My story, eh FKM? Well, to be honest that little speech you gave made me wonder if I was making the right choice earlier. To be honest, I'd just as easily vote for emptyhat right now, but I feel that's not quite what you are after right now," Wraelis says looking straight at FKM. "If genuine proof of my innocence is all you want, that I can give. If we take the cultist tonight, I just might live to see tomorrow. You see what was bothering was not so much who killed Rook, it was how Paimon was taken down. That just tells me that there is someone else here whom is capable and loyal to the Golden Throne. I don't need to ask who killed Rook, I had a bad feeling about him all along. So here's my proof of innocence," Wraelis says as he fishes for something hidden beneath his long coat and drops a las carbine with a folding metal stock onto the floor with a clatter. "You see, that is the gun that I used to kill Rook. I'm sure you can understand why I wouldn't have said anything earlier, I've just painted one hell of a target on myself, but so has Walrus which is why I trust him, and respect him for revealing himself."

“I’ve said that I am suspicious of Soap but without Walrus’ vote it needs all of the rest of us. I could join Wraelis and Walrus against you but I believe that we two have come together to this place for a reason and I don’t think that Soap is willing to put aside his mistrust of me to begin pushing our silent member, Wraelis. Right now it seems we are tied so there is no need for you to put the burden on yourself.”
empty looks over to Wraelis and Soap.
“Will either of you change your positions? As the priest said it is less than ideal for us to go without a lynch today.”

FKM talks slowly.
"Soap i know you like walrus and respect his opinion but something's not right about so many soldiers in one town all being innocent and the two non-soldiers being guilty. I think they're trying to use you. I don't know what to think of walrus or wraelis still. How do we know they really killed who they said they killed?"

“Wraelis. If you killed Rook what do you make of the stories told to us by Soap and Walrus? Do you believe what Walrus said? Do you think that Soap did nothing that night? Tell me did Rook come to you to die or did you hunt him?”
“I know this is a lot to ask but as you say as an innocent you have painted a big target on your head.”

FKM says slowly.
"I know emptyhat and i may be together right now but i'm unsure of his innocence as well. I could just swear something's not adding up. What happened to paimon? Wraelis i don't know if you're guilty but how do we know all of the soldiers here are absolutely pure. Couldn't anybody have killed rook? Is there any proof of that gun killing rook? Do you have the body for proof?"

"We may not know for sure but it is very important that he answers those questions F.K.M. If he dies we won't get to know his thoughts on the matter and then it will be too late. If he lives and Walrus or Soap dies then it is likely that the last one left will try to contradict him. We need to know now. Because I know that I didn't kill Rook."

"Nobody else will come out to say it, because nobody else did. I killed Rook. I had a bad feeling about him, and that night, I hunted. I didn't see Walrus, but I did see a cultist (I couldn't make out who at the time) carrying a struggling Dave away. They went down into the sewers by using a manhole cover in the street. I figured out where they were heading and dropped down into the sewers after them. It eventually gave way to an open field where the waste was deposited. From there I saw three figures over Dave's body. It was some kind of ritual and they had sacrificed him. That was when I recognized Rook and let loose with a volley of las rounds that tore into his back and head. Having lost the element of surprise I retreated for the night as there was no way I could take the other two out in the open," Wraelis finished. "If Walrus is a cultist, he's a damn smart one for saving Soap. Or maybe he is an Abiter who made a bad call. If he's telling the truth, I must've seen Dave getting dragged away after the cultists had already lost Walrus."

"Oh and since you had contact with one of the cultists were there any clues as to which power they served? Or anything else perhaps?"

FKM slowly says.
"So you have no idea if walrus is chaos or not? Who then is the right choice? Emptyhat hasn't said very much. I wish to believe him pure but i don't know if he is. I know i could be wrong but you never saw walrus. Could walrus have had a hand in this? He did say he thinks there's only one cultist left. So what is it then? How many cultists are left? You respect the guy but i dunno. Is emptyhat a possibility? He hasn't said much that'd clear doubt."
