We have a winner! ;D You win.... erm... being good at guessing! Yup, I have an escort for Defensor Fidei, after spending too long looking at pictures of Knights in the Titan Legions book. If you're not familiar with the background, the Ad Mech have worlds that supply them with food, and in return they dish out fancy toys. The ruling elite get first dibs, hence the term Knights. When the Ad Mech go to war, they often call upon the Knights to aid their battle groups. The Knight is still being cleaned up, and I've ordered some milliput and sandpaper for hole filling and sanding. I was really impressed with the kit though, it was on par (if not better) moldlines/warping wise with the Forgeworld kits I've got in the past. It's reasonably detailed, which i'm pleased about as it'll give me more room for freehand/super detailing. Since there's many different knight houses, I get to make my own colour scheme and heraldry, although I think this one will be my 'baron', as it'll get special loadouts and cool weapons Speaking of which, here's some pictures of the buisness ends ;D Oh, and a bloody big chainsword! And the head/cockpit Its going to be mounted on a 150mm/6 inch base, posibbly with some rubble, burnt out tank etc....

Jordan my man.... Were is the kit from?! I couldnt find any Dave Some guy in Scotland. His mould has broke now, so he's working on some new designs. I got shreds of rubber still attatched to the resin as evidence when it turned up! There's a few others out there, although they're on the pricey side. I'll more than likely have a go at scratchbuilding one eventually, as it's something I've never done and wouldn't mind having a go at! At the moment I'm thinking of painting it blue with white and yellow heraldry, to contrast with the Warhound. Maybe a bit like this? I think it may get a banner/banners too

Is this your GG entry or?? No, it'd take me far too long to get it done! This is another long-termer, although I imagine for the most part it'll be filling, sanding and putting in magnets for the time being. Blast! Sorry for the foul language. 3ff3ct! I demand the pictures return so I can take a gander! Done! I'd changed the folder name....

Milliput has been applied! I imagine it'll be sanded down and undercoated tomorrow, as a break from the dreaded Defensor Fidei freehand.... Which I have drunk far too much whiskey to attempt tonight

Double post of destruction! So I've been looking at my own family heraldry in an attempt to find something to plaster onto the knight when I'm painting it. It has amused me no end as to how accurate it is, with most Holts coming traditionally from anglo-saxon stock in the Lancashire area of England. The best bit is that it goes with my ideas of a colour scheme Here's what I've found anyway
