I must say, I liked something from all the entries, but a tank with moving doors and a mortar that comes up[/b] out of those doors... really impressive to see.

thanks very much optimat... i like it when stuff moves or can be manipulated....i think i might make a moving GIF of how the griffon deploys the mortar from the hull as the movement is really smooth and can be moved out in 3 steps...

Congradulations to everyone who participated! I hope more people will be encouraged to model and paint at their best on the next competition, it is the only way to improve, really..

I really do intend to enter one of these competitions but other than this one (in which my 2 Leman Russ were meant to appear) I haven't really had anything suitable, or haven't already started a little previously and has pictures in my thread (which I'm guessing defeats the point  ) - and with no offense meant - I really dont plan on going out an buying anything special. Once something comes up I want to enter, just for the sake of entering, because the winner of each one so far has been quite out of my league, for sure. All in good spirit though! |
