Wright Flyer Conversion ideas

Today i was simply rummaging around in my closet when i happened upon a old unbuilt Wright Flyer model from a couple years ago. I have just gotten into warhammer and am trying to think of something i can convert this from. Im all out of ideas and am just wondering what anyone else thinks i could use this for.

As far as the Imperial Guard go, it could be a Valkyrie or a Vendetta, but it wouldn't really work due to the lack of any transport capactity. It could serve as a Lightning or Thunderbolt though.

Are you planning on assembling it out of the box, or doing some conversion work?

I was probably going to do some conversion work. I was trying to think of something that looked makeshift, or field commandeered.

Yeah Orks would be a great army for this. Cheap, flimsy, and old looking. If you put some lascannons and stuff on wings you might be able to have a prototype Vendetta or something.

nah. not even a feral world regiment would get stuck using something like that. slap a bunch of orky bitz on it, paint it red, and make it an ork fighta bomba

Yeah, looks like my brother (Who plays orks) now has a bunch of interesting parts to play with.

Why not use it as a research/recon plane. Make it remote control like the cyclopes vehicles. Figure the pilot would weight about 140-170lbs. Replace a pilot with the same weight in explosives. Boom airborne cyclopes.
