Well many of you may have seen Majordowners very nice Imperial Enforcer he painted a few weeks ago. After seeing it, I decided I had to buy one too! So I hopped onto eBay and got my grubby hands on one, just letting you know! I'll get some pictures up a bit later once my camera has finished charging.

Really bad photo, I'll get a better one tomorrow but until then, it'll have to do!!  Still a lot of work to do and don't take the photo literally! They look a lot neater than this in reality. |

I quite liked the 'terminator mastif', it was properly cheesy This is cracking mate, the skin tones are fantastic. What colours did you use for the mastif? I've got the DKoK commissar on horsey somewhere and I think it'd look great painted in a similar way. Are you going put some little sqiggles on the parchment too? |

The mastiff was mainly Vallejos Brown from the Game Colour collection, first mixed with black then worked up with white. I stippled the highlights on to simulate a short fur, it's worked ok but at them moment it's a little shiny, needs a final layer of Matte And yeah the parchament will be detailed. Well here's the pair based and about 90% done.....    He's a lot shinier than I thought, I appear to have missed a few places with the matte so they'll be rectified right now, and the silver on the dog will be lightened too. There is a LOT of detail on this model, and whilst I originally liked it......I think it's a little cluttered. All the different straps and the immense about of wrinkles on his fatigues makes for a difficult mini to paint. Cosmic |

Seconded, minor thing on an awesome model!
I like the stippled fur, it kinda looks a bit 'funky' and wrong, like the mastif is rejecting it's implants somewhat....

Would you mind letting me know your skin recipe if that's ok? I have run out of my usual recipe and as they were old GW paints I can't replace it, and am struggling to find a suitable replacement. |

Yes you can, this is the entire paint line of GW paints of before 3rd edition.
