I'm a fairly new member, so not many of you will recognise me, but I have posted a few times.
Just discovered this little sub-board and I noticed there isn't anything for browser games (other than nation states) And so I thought it would be cool to start a thread for a group of people to play in a couple of online games I find magnificent.
The first is called Supremacy 1914 and is a spectacular real-time strategy game set just before WW1. You become the leader of one of the world's nations and then balance your economy and grow your industry and wage war with your neighbours to become the dominant power. What I love about it is that it isn't text based. There is a map, with territories and soldiers that you move. Check it out.
The second is Neptune's Pride, a game set in the future where you take control of an alien race and try to rule the galaxy through conquest. This game has far simpler mechanics than Supremacy but is no less involved. I suggest you read a few war diaries that have been written on it.

Ever play die2nite? Got helluhdicted to it a while back, you get perks for paying a ridiculous price per month but its almost pointless You have to manage your action points and work with fellow town members to survive the zombocalypse.
