Your colour scheme is good, and I like it. Perhaps try a little blackwash over the top to give them a more darker, sinister feel. I do love the World Eaters and had a tough time deciding on which Pre Heresy Legion to start.
As for Angron I reckon colours like Tin Bitz will come into play.

Right well since you seem to be taking this seriously allow me to pass on the ideas I had that I wont get round to using since I chose Salamanders : Check these out : www.forgeworld.co.uk/New_Stuff/LEGION_CATAPHRACTII_TERMINATORS_WITH_POWER_AXES.htmlSince your fielding Angron, he'll need a retinue of some sort so why not 20 Cataphractii Terminators all equipped with Chainaxes? Seems legit to me. The Cataphractii axes seem to be compatible with regular infantry too, why not give your line officers and NCOs chain axes too : www.forgeworld.co.uk/The_Horus_Heresy/Infantry_of_the_Horus_Heresy/CATAPHRACTII_POWER_AXE_SET.htmlOne of these bad boys can really go along way and is perfectly adapted for your Chapter, a really iconic piece : www.forgeworld.co.uk/New_Stuff/WORLD_EATERS_LEGION_CONTEMPTOR_DREADNOUGHT.htmlI'd recommend dual Close Combat Claws but dual Assault Cannons could also go along way and stay in sync with your ASSAULT themed force. www.forgeworld.co.uk/Warhammer-40000/Space_Marines/Space-Marine-Dreadnoughts/CONTEMPTOR_PATTERN_CLOSE_COMBAT_ARM_(CLAW).htmlBoarding shields for a frenzied breacher squad with World Eater iconography (decals) on the front of each one : www.forgeworld.co.uk/Warhammer-40000/Space_Marines/Space_Marine-Infantry-and-Accessories/SPACE_MARINE_BOARDING_ASSAULT_UPGRADE_SET.htmlYou've got the Mk.II shoulderpads that are slightly more ornate than the normal mk. IV and could look great on elite units like Assault Squads, breacher squads, veterans and or officers : www.forgeworld.co.uk/The_Horus_Heresy/HORUS_HERESY_INFANTRY_ACCESSORIES/WORLD_EATERS_LEGION_MKII_SHOULDER_PADS.htmlAnd the regular Mk.IV for infantry : www.forgeworld.co.uk/The_Horus_Heresy/HORUS_HERESY_INFANTRY_ACCESSORIES/WORLD_EATERS_LEGION_MKIV_SHOULDER_PADS.htmlWhether you field Breacher shields or not this is essential for any troops without iconography, any GW models you wish to fully incorporate and any Tanks you may purchase : www.forgeworld.co.uk/The_Horus_Heresy/HORUS_HERESY_INFANTRY_ACCESSORIES/WORLD_EATERS_LEGION_TRANSFER_SHEET.htmlRemember, follow the fluff carefully, FW has done a fantastic job at giving each legion life and individuality , things like the crossed chains which represent some sort of gladiatorial pact must be given to officers and contemptors who have proven themsevles and are generally displayed on the wrist or chest pieces. There's a whole set of doors for Preds, Rhinos and Land Raiders with World Eater iconography, these additional details give you that much more of a decisive looking force : www.forgeworld.co.uk/The_Horus_Heresy/HORUS_HERESY_VEHICLE_ACCESSORIES/WORLD_EATERS_LEGION_RHINO_DOORS.htmlA World Eater brassed etch sheet is in the works and will be released soon, these look ace on tanks and dreads... You've got power axe wielding Tech Marines FFS loool , one of these would fit in nicely no? : www.games-workshop.com/gws/catalog/productDetail.jsp?catId=cat440271a&prodId=prod1600042awww.games-workshop.com/gws/catalog/productDetail.jsp?catId=cat440271a&prodId=prod1160093awww.games-workshop.com/gws/catalog/productDetail.jsp?catId=cat440272a&prodId=prod1060062Now the Master of the Watch is wearing Artificer Armour which often dates from the heresy so he would also fit in. If I were you I would give him a simple head swap with an Mk.II Crusader pattern helmet and he'll look the mutt's nuts : www.games-workshop.com/gws/catalog/productDetail.jsp?catId=cat440271a&prodId=prod1600048aSites like the Bitzbox.co.uk sell these chaps individually so dont hesitate to use retailers. GW also provides cool WE pads for cheaper value : www.games-workshop.com/gws/catalog/productDetail.jsp?catId=cat440213a&prodId=prod1110169Not as fancy as the FW ones I agree but could look great on elite units or vehicle crews... Now, depending on the time frame you've chosen and whether or not their loyalists you could use these to portray perhaps the begininngs of their damnation, say just after the Betrayal : www.games-workshop.com/gws/catalog/productDetail.jsp?catId=cat440213a&prodId=prod1290017awww.games-workshop.com/gws/catalog/productDetail.jsp?catId=cat440213a&prodId=prod1290018awww.games-workshop.com/gws/catalog/productDetail.jsp?catId=cat440112a&prodId=prod2020019Needless to say Khorne Beserker squads converted with Heresy era bitz, Bloodletters, Fleshhounds and Bloodthirsters are also at your disposal but I'd be careful not to use too much of it because you'll destroy cohesion with your pre heresy coloured troops... This is where it;s at though , enough axes to provide a three course meal : www.games-workshop.com/gws/catalog/productDetail.jsp?catId=cat440112a&prodId=prod1710172awww.games-workshop.com/gws/catalog/productDetail.jsp?catId=cat440112a&prodId=prod1710174aHelmets like these on gladiatorial sergeants and command squad members : www.games-workshop.com/gws/catalog/productDetail.jsp?catId=cat440112a&prodId=prod1690063Anyway, be creative, look around town and decide whether you prefer quality or quantity...
