necron tomb stalker rules and stats?

ok so im making a 3k list on battlescribe for necrons, and want to add 2 tomb stalkers to it to mess my mates up.... but i cant find the rules for the special abilites it has...

i know their stats, but the rule 'brutal assault' isnt in the core rulebook, so it must be a specific trait for the tomb stalker... can someone explain it to me please or even better... some one send me a pic or pdf of its page from whatever book its in...

according to army builder, the rule is in IA App pg 90, not sure which edition it meant, if there is someone with the IA app could help out..
