i love the carbon fibre xv9 , but the galaxy paint jobs on the manta's etc im not a fan of, at the same time i appreciate the skill.

I have to say the skill is stunning, to do that with an airbrush is truly amazing. The space effects are mind blowing, the shadows cast from the asteroids on the red one are beautiful.
But I hate them.....
As models I think they're rather bad, the Battlesuit with a shield though is very nice! But the barracuda and tigershark, as well as the manta, just no......I guess I just prefer realism. Too over the top for me.

There are a few things I can nitpick about it too, The shield could have been done with 1 sphere that is broken in parts but still connected to avoid using thin metal rods; as is now, the thin stick rods that prop the shield bothers my eyes, the shield parts looks to be from different spheres, therefore the angle is not coherent.
I personally quite like the galaxy paint job on the void ships, it camo in with space when the ship is in void. Though when its in the atmosphere, its rather odd..
Overall, it was a fantastic job imo.
