with what I read in White Dwarf, I would'nt like to see IG with a new codex because they said they were taking out verients, add ons and other options in the Chaos codex

If they took the variant options out of the guard, I think I would stop playing.

yeah they are, without it guard would just, disappear, nobody would bother playing them. I think the variation is what keeps people interested in this game.

On topic DE who cares about Orks. about the elimination of variants, they would have to introduce new units to the standard list to make up for removing the only thing that makes guard armies stand out from one another. I mean otherwise we would all play the same list, because lets face it some of the list choices for guard now are redundant/usless.

I vote IG, Orks are getting a new one but they were my first choice. Nobody plays DE really, I mean its like 5% of the total factions. Still, I think GW should have 11 codex monkey teams working on the new ones 24/7. I'd happily be on the IG codex monkey team
