Looks OK overall. If possible, I'd rather see a Combi-Melta on the Pod Sergeant. Doesn't seem like you really need to shell out for the Vet Sergeant on the foot Squad, either. That'd free up Points for Meltabombs and maybe a Power Sword or something on the RavenWing Sarge. Getting at least one Storm Shield into the DeathWing Squad would be nice, too.
All of that Models Permitting, of course. If this is what you've got, it ain't bad.

All of this is mostly models permitting..a combi melta would be good though, and yeah..I don't really have many good reasons to upgrade everybody to veteran sergeants. If I was to trim points for better toys that is where I'd start.

When planning future purchases, also consider the option of putting an Assault Squad in a Drop Pod instead of a Tactical Squad. They can't get Meltas, so not as good for an Alpha Strike against Vehicles but 5 Assault Marines with 2 Flamers, a Combi-Flamer, and a Drop Pod kick out some fairly scary Template action, are 15 Points cheaper than 5 Tactical Marines with a single Flamer and a Combi-Flamer, and the fact that they're not Scoring usually isn't going to matter, since they're generally going to be one of the first things to die.
