The small piece? Well, keep in mind that the Chimera-chassis is also the foundation for the basilisk, hellhound, hydra and so on. That piece is for their sloped reair armour. If you look at the floor you will notice a piece of the mesh that fits in that little hole!
Bottom front is in different hight for the hull-mounted HW and the driver, so it shouldn't that piece.

Sorry, thought you were pointing at the protrusion on the baseplate, I dunno, I used it for decoration with my PCs mortar team.

the panel with the 2 upturned edges is used on the kits which have gun emplacements in the rear section (I think)

It is the part that goes under the firing platform on a basilisk.

I have no idea, but I used two of them to create the back deck on my Hydra. I think they go to the Hellhound kit, because the Basilisk I bought didn't seem to say anything about it.
