Sheffield is also great though. Harder to get to, but works well. Beer's not great.

My house is central to the whole of the Imperium. It is where it all begins.

Central is more like Milton Keynes...not that i would make it, just saying Not according to, y'know, geography. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Milton_KeynesDave, Lupus, set up the Sheffield event (especially given as Dave works there, and it's not a GW only store, so I can whóre my own work).

I looked at a map and thought that was central, i went further south than the actual middle since the far north is thinner and the cities are more sparse

Fair enough, Sheffield it is. I'll collate all the details for the meet in the initial post... though, not knowing where the place is, I shall leave the gathering of such data (the recon work) to Dave - now formally one of my inquisitorial henchmen I'd suggest, as we already have the name of the location, perhaps some information to help people get there (such as what's nearby, advisable ways to get there etc) and some suggestions over what date to make it. I think the best way to decide dates is for people to suggest prefferred dates and I'll make a poll... if I remember how...

Would this event be a day thing? Or a day night day thing?

Megabus Brighton is no more. National express seems to be cheap enough. Adken, try looking at what ticket prices 11 weeks from now are like.

By all accounts Dave is suffering with plague-itus... that's what turning from the Emperor's light will do for you!
Either way, I expect details regarding the meet up may be, understandably, delayed. Shouldn't be an issue really, but in the mean while let's just gather ticket/booking prices and the websites people can go to for these deals - I'll include any relevant links that have already been proffered in the initial post.
